Do you wear a helmet?

After seeing the horrendous news story this morning of the mother of three who died after colliding with another skier in Kaprun, im thinking perhaps its wise to purchase a helmet.

Both my boys wear helmets and DP purchased one recently in France- we go to Austria next week and now I think I should get one.

Any recommendations??

Many thanks

Check out this thread. . You need to try several really, as the profile can vary and it needs to fit properly.

How sad. I just read the report about the woman who died in Kaprun too.

I will definitely be buying a ski helmet before our next trip.

I'm a snowboarder and I always wear a helmet, even in the domes. Its not always about what you do, you can't control whether someone else crashes into you. It also sets a good example to the children.
