Random question about Deux Domaines, Belle Plagne

Hi - random question about Deux Domaines - do the DVD players in the rooms play CDs? DD usually goes to sleep with music on and am loathe not to do this whilst we are away - anything to get her to settle!

I have no idea! But as they are regular DVD players, and our DVD players at home will play CDs, I don't see why those shouldn't

You will love it. Tis a fab chalet hotel and the ski area is great.

If you like cosy ski lodge type cafes, take the L'Arpette lift from Bellecote then take the piste which goes back to Belle Plagne/Bellecote. Half way along that run is the most chic ski cafe I've ever been in - all faux fur cushions & rugs, cosy corners and delicious vin chaud

maggie75 - yes they do! We brought along a CD with DD/DS's 'bedtime music'. The TV screen is very blue & shiney when you're playing CD's though, which is a bit distracting...

thanks for info both. we had a fab time - it snowed and snowed, which made visibility difficult, but cant really complain about too much snow on a skiing holiday.

Tulpe - thanks for the cafe recommendation - we went on our on the last day and it was every bit as cool as you say! My Dh and friends didnt believe me about the power of Mumsnet - until i showed them the lovely cafe!
