Does anyone have any recommendations for somewhere with good snow record for the end of the school easter hols. Boys now 12 +9 and ski with us so we dont need english speaking ski school. Just snow and cheap! Been to Tignes for the last 4 years and its time for a change. Happy to go somewhere other than France

Flaine has particularly good snow record and is still pretty cheap.

Obergurgl is high and should be fine up until Easter, I would think. Nice place to ski en-famille too - particularly Hochgurgl.

Saas Fee in Switzerland but it's not very cheap unless you get a last minute deal or the like.

Engelberg and Titlis in Switzerland but unfortuantely not cheap. My dd is doing a week there next week. Great skiing apparently but bloody pricey.
Hope you get better advice.

Hi

Thanks for those ideas. I was looking at Hochgurl yesterday. Looked at Engelburg a couple of years back but you're right it looked pricey

Hi mebaasmum. Thanks for the info on Tignes!

We are looking too. Were thinking of a cheeky and hopefully cheap(er)! few days in Easter.

We are looking at Avoriaz (been before), Flaine, Samoens and Morzine.
