My friend has asked me to post this as she has booked a week with snowfocus (see ski reviews) in the Easter holidays and they haven't managed to fill the chalet.
It is a FAB place - we went last year and this year, you can see my review (kitsilano in the ski reviews) or look at www.snowfocus.com
Here it is:
Easter family skiing in catered chalet with childcare in Chatel, 4th - 11th April, 2010
Fancy a family skiing holiday that is actually relaxing for the grown ups as well as fun for the kids? Room for up to two families to join us on our Easter ski trip to Chatel. The owners, Sue and AT, have literally thought of everything to make a family ski trip as stress free as possible. Kids are looked after between 9 and 6, either by nannies in the chalet if they are under 4, or taken to and from lessons with their own instructor if they are 4 and above. Adults are looked after too - Sue and AT guide most days so you can really get to know the amazingly varied ski area accessible from the chalet. They also know the best lunch venues! Great food and wine in the evenings too. We went with them last year and had a wonderful time and the company, www.snowfocus.com, is one of mumsnet's top rated ski providers. Costs are a little tricky as they vary depending on how many children and what age but, as a ball park, a family with 2 kids taking lessons would be around £3700. That includes everything bar flights (to Geneva), lift passes and equipment and compares more than favourably with other family-friendly providers for an Easter trip.
Post here if interested and I'll let her know and get more details.
