Don't rule out the likes of Morzine/Les Gets/Avoriaz. Easter is early April this year and when we went over there two years ago it was only a week earlier. We had fantastic snow and a huge dump of it while we were there. Les Gets is just over an hour from Geneva, Morzine about 15 mins from there.

Villars, Chamonix/Courmayeur, Verbier, Chateau d'oux (none cheap though!) La Clusaz, Megeve

My friend has been to Les gets last 2 Easters and says it has been fine. I was in Chamonix in May and there were still people skiing.

agree about not ruling out Morzinr if it as good snow year, which it is shaping up to be/ e had a great time a few years back @ Easter in Morzine and kind of have it in my back pocket to go ba ck again this year at that time , maybe...

I would second Les Gets for with the kids - and not madly expensive. Great ski area.

Flaine - very good snow record at Easter and resort is high. Accommodation cheap providing you don't mind concrete blocks.

For guaranteed snow - we go to Saas fee every year for 2 weeks and the past 3 have had amazing snow in the first 2 weeks of April - including fresh dumps of up to 0.5m. Skiing up to 3,500m.

Not the cheapest, but you can get some great deals as it's never crowded.

Check out the ski resorts near Geneva airport it's a neat tool to check out resort transfer times.
