We're going skiing in 3 weeks (on holiday booked way before I was pregnant). I'll be four and a half months. I've ruled out downhill skiing - have done red runs before but even idea of sticking to nursery slopes makes me worry about people crashing into me.
I don't want to spend the week sitting in a cafe drinking hot chocolate, and am really looking forward to the fresh air and exercise. I've never done cross country skiing before, but am pretty fit - did a marathon last year - so would this be ok? Or do I stick to snowshoeing? Advice please! Thanks
