hi
just wanted to recommend chalet neige apartments in oz en oisans. we went with 22 people- booked lots of apartments and had a great time. Resort is car free so kids can just walk around safely- is tiny, so can't get lost, can ski to door, has a nursery and ski school, and lifts link really quickly to alpe d'huez so is masses of skiing.
took ages ranging from 18 months to 50, with beginners to off pisters. very quiet so not much night-life to worry about what teens are up to- all met in bar at end of day, then either got pizzas together or cooked - will be going again!

Glad you had fun, boogie

Sounds like a good place. We are probably going s/c next year so am keen to hear about nice apartments. So many of them look like student halls.....and I just can't do it!

chalet neige ones are lovely- lots of stone and wood, real fires, nice bedrooms and bathrooms- have skiied for 20 years- usually sc on a budget- and these were the nicest we'd been to and not too expensive.

Thanks Boogie. Have just googled apartments and have bookmarked them ready for when we start exploring options for next seasons' ski trip They look lovely and we considered that ski area last year so I know it offers enough for our family.

Good to hear. We are staying in same apartments later this year. Did you drive or fly there?

we drove- we always drive as can take more stuff!
