I hope this is the right place for this thread. I have been taking my 4yr old to the snowdome over the summer. we have had 1 lesson every 2 weeks or so (we don't live near). and she can now snowplough but not turn, and doesn't use the rope tow very well.
We have had a few private lessons, which do seem much better. However they are now £50 a pop in winter, and only in weekdays (so only good in holidays for us).
So my question is:should i try and book her in for a couple of lessons in quick succession, so her skiing improves a bit, so that when we go on holiday in january she can ski from day 1? or shouls i stick to the lessons twice a month (or so) to tread water (as it were). the original plan was to get her used to the snow, which she is now, but i wonder about an 'intensive burst' to get her steering. any comments? the lessons are not cheap!
