We are visiting FIL for a few days just outside of Evian and thought we would take advantage of a few days skiing whilst there. Unfortunately closest resort (Thollon) has no snow now.
Avoriaz isn't too far. What's the resort like? For kids, for (nervous) adult intermediates and superstar v experienced skiers?
Alternatively, is there anywhere else close by that you would recommend? Morzine? Les Gets?
