Skiing with 4 month old - what should she wear

Hi, I am taking my 4 month-old daughter to skiing in early Feb. She won't be skiing but will stay in the lodge most of the day, but I will try to take her to the village once at day at least. How should I dress her when I bring her out for walks? Is several layers of bodysuit, leggings, and a snowsuit enough? Do I need to get thermal underwears and ski socks? Snowsuit normally include mittens and booties. Are those enough or would she need over-bootees too? Oh, one question on snowsuits. Are the normal fashion brand ones (e.g. Mothercare, Next, Emile) adequate or should I get her sth more "professional" such as Columbia? Thanks in advance for your tips and advice.

I took DS when he was v small and just did lots of layers with a normal snowsuit. I also made sure I had tons of changes of clothes and lots of fleecy blankets. The pram we took also had a warm liner and cosytoes so he could stay warm.

Hi

We've just been with our 4 month old - same thing- lots of layers under a normal snowsuit + blanket. If it's sunny it can feel warm at that time of year, but the air can still be cold.
