Has anyone bought formula in Morzine? If so I don't suppose if you can remember if they sell aptamil?

We go on Sunday and ds2 is mix fed so wont actually need huge amounts but too much to take cartons so I was wondering if we could get it out there if if I should just take the tub?

Thanks to anyone who can help

You can get certainly a Milupa formula elsewhere in Europe (not actually done Morzine) which I think was Aptamil but not sure about ready made. It may be a slightly different version.

Ok, we've just got back and I have to admit to not scouring every supermarket and chemist shop to check, but in those that we went in, I didn't see Aptamil.

We decided to take our own in the end so it was fine, but this may help somebody else to decide!

I wish etc......how did you transfer from Geneva to Morzine? I only ask because FIl lives in Evian and I can think of at least two supermarkets en route to Morzine who stock Aptamil (but you would have to be on own transport rather than Geneva Ski Bus).

For those who are on own transport terms.......the Cora supermarket in Amphion Les Bains (between Thonon and Evian) and then in either Evian or in Thollon Les Mesmises (depends on route you take) you will find supermarkets and/or pharmacies which stock Aptamil.

Sorry.....I appreciate this isn't terribly helpful retrospectively but in my defence I didnt see this message until 2 days ago

No worries!

DS only has the odd bottle (4 in total last week!) so we didn't have to take a lot with us. Ou chalet company provided the transfer so they may have stopped if we'd made a special request!

We'll know for next time

just out of nose-y-ness.......who did you travel with? I ask because we have done the staying with local relatives/using local creche/ski school combo and also the Esprit exerience. We haven't booked yet for this season but are currently investigating options and am always open to new experiences

We stayed with Alpine Navigations in Chalet Musardiere. We took over the whole chalet for a family Christmas holiday.

They're not child friendly specialists but they did very well at accomodating our 2 lo's.
