woo hoo, just booked our ski-ing holiday!!! Hotel Maliandre in ALpes D'Huez with Ski Esprit

I am so excited We go on 11th Jan. It looks fab, you can ski back to the door!!! My girls are really chuffed too.

looks good . Am trying to think where it is, I think it may be near a kind of walk on, a walk off aerial platform lift up to the main gondola but central in the resort itself. Don't recall an indoor pool as per description so maybe it is new, as there was an outdoor when we went in 2007, next to the ice rink. Don't forget to tell dh to take proper trunks (they were very strict).

Not sure we're going at all yet and judging by the quietness of the topic recently we may not be alone so

We are off on the 14th December to La Ros with Esprit. 2 foot of snow fell over the weekend and we have all the ski gear

Off to Seefeld on 14 Dec for 4 nights, probably more of an "Advent" snowy break than much skiing. Can't wait as hotel has full kids club (plus indoor pool and the full "Wellness" stuff) and includes horsedrawn sleigh ride, nightime torch lit hike and and we'll also jump on the train and visit Innsbruck Christmas markets .
