Vaccination records for french resort creches

Am looking at one that says you need to have your child vaccinated against TB. Has anyone come accross this? If so,did you do it or did you get away without it?

Both my DCs have had the BCG (partly) for this very reason but we've got no official proof that they've had it so I don't know where we would stand in this situation. I'd be interested to hear the answer.
