Recommendation for us with 3 year old, 8 month old, snowboarder and learner skiier!!

I ahve absolutely no idea where to begin!!

Looking for Feb / March next year. I've been skiing once and DH is a competent snowboarder. We want DD (2 in December) to have a blast with snowballs / sleds etc and for us to also do the skiing thing (lessons for me and DH to do his own thing).

Is there anywhere that's really young child friendly that will satisfy all of us??
