Skiing with teens - Neilson or Mark Warner ski holiday? Or UCPA?

Has anyone been to either one of the Neilson ski chalet or Mark Warner ski chalet in Tignes? Or on one of the UCPA family weeks? Or, even better, in both or all three of these and can compare?

I am single with one teen DD (11), we are both fairly good skiers, DD doesn’t really want a ski school anymore. I was thinking of maybe Neilson or MW for next year so that she can meet other English speaking teens there and has company.

Would really appreciate any comments on this! Thanks!

I’ve got friends who regularly use UCPA and recommend it. If budget is a consideration I suspect they will beat MW on cost. Their kids are mid-late teens and good skiers.

At 11 I’d still be looking at ski school on the basis it will provide company and there’s always something to improve on/learn. What about Evo 2 Teen Academy? Our ds did this some years ago and really enjoyed it - they did something different each day ie. moguls, off piste, snow park. Might be worth checking out?

I absolutely would be putting an 11 year old in ski school. Even if it’s something like freestyle in smaller groups. There’s absolutely no way an 11 year old doesn’t need instruction anymore. we’ve been with Nielsen with teenagers. I wouldn’t have said it’s any better than Crystal etc for meeting other people/kids.
