We used ABBA for ski hire, they are right opposite the main lift and the ski schools. Like you were had to collect everything in the morning before the ski school started. It was tight, but get there early so you are first in the queue and you should be fine.

Snow Cabs are the main transfer company.

Are you going with children? IIRC there is a family ski pass deal available which you had to buy at least 10 days on advance (I think). You can just buy the passes online and then collect the physical passes at the kiosks by the lifts - you can do that on arrival, one less job for the morning.

Have a fantastic time, it's a wonderful resort!

I suggest getting Monts de la Lune pass. It allows you access to some nice runs in the Italian side and down to claviere. Don’t bother with the full Milky Way though. I love montgenevre and will definitely be having a day there over new year. Enjoy!
