Transfer recommendations from Geneva to Les Menuires

This is the first time we are flying to go skiing (usually drive) and I’m a bit overwhelmed by the transfer options (and the eye watering cost!) Does anyone have any companies they would recommend please? Or bus/train options? Thanks.

The altibus is pretty reliable. Have used mountain express, reliable, good communication, price is the price though really — was €250 ish each way which is not bad factoring in vehicle, tolls, fuel and driver time. Have also used train but not from GVA. You can also do a find transfers.com quote and compare them. There is often a long running transfers thread on snowheads.
