Out of school holidays Ski Break for friends - any ideas please? ⛷️

Does anyone know of a ski holiday gem suitable for 3 adult friends please?
We’ll be going out of school holidays in March 2025, and would love an apartment. Flexible on location, but a shortish flight / transfer would be good as we’re only going for a few days. We’re hoping to find a bit of a bargain (as much as skiing can be!) as it’s an extra treat for all of us without our families.
Any tried and tested gems? Grateful for any ideas, thanks.

Morzine/Avoriaz is a classic for a quick break as it’s super close to Geneva airport. Never done an apartment though as I prefer hotels for short breaks (they give you breakfast and look after your bag so you can ski on the final day). I have looked in the past for price comparison and there are plenty on vrbo. Morzine as a town is more fun but Avoriaz is better for skiing (for good skiers). You can access both if you stay in Morzine but the Avoriaz one takes longer. Courmayeur is quite easy although there’s not loads of skiing, only about 40km. If you are prepared to travel a bit more then it opens up a lot of other resorts eg 3 valleys (menuires) or Les Arcs.

Avoriaz lift, that should be.

Montgenevre - great little resort for a few days. Just over an hour transfer from Turin airport.

Flaine is good for a long weekend - snow sure, about an hour from Geneva airport and some great skiing.Downside is it's a bit of an ugly resort and transfers are pricey unless you drive or get it as part of a package. The rockypop hotel has 2 bed apartments and a funky vibe.
