Hi everyone,

I’m heading off on my first ski holiday in years in the next season (dec 2024) and been looking at clothes. I’ve found a ski jacket in the sale for £94 reduced from £200 odd the original price it was. It’s got the recco and temperature etc. I’m just wondering, is this a good price or am I better waiting until the end of the ski season in case it goes down even more? I don’t want to risk it going back up to full price but I’d also be gutted if it went down even further 😕

If it’s in the sale now at more than a 50% discount I’d buy it. It is a good price already and chances are it is from a previous season. In my view it’s more likely to sell out and be replaced by a new line so if it’s exactly what you want I’d grab it now.
generally you won’t see ski sales on current gear until April or so when the shops want to start getting summer gear on the shelves

I used to be able to get good bargains on ski clothes, but they are thin on the ground now. If it's less than 50% and it's what you want, then I would buy it.

I’d go for it
