Aldi ski clothing

Aldi have their skiing special buys this Sunday.
DS is going on a ski trip next Feb. He is a tall 12 year old so 165 cm high (5 ft 4/5) with a 30 inch waist.
Anyone know if the Aldi ski clothes (jacket and trousers) might fit him?
I think kids age 13-14 will probably be too small and men's starts at a medium which is probably too big.
He won't wear the ladies trousers as they have a pink zip!
I guess I can buy and return what doesn't fit but am a bit wary of doing Aldi returns, especially if we have to remove from any packaging to try on. I've never returned stuff to Aldi so don't know how easy it is.

I don't know what the fit is like for Aldi clothes, but I would advise against women's trousers because they're cut differently (less space in the front of the crotch for obvious reasons!).
Can you take him with you to have a look at the fit?

@MindIfISlytherin good point re the womens trousers. He's busy on Sunday morning unfortunately and I think maybe they sell out of the ski wear quickly so I was going to head down there at 10am when they open.
