Small ski hotel for large family group

Hi all
Any recommendations for a small-ish family ski hotel in Europe for a group of us? There are 12 of us in total, all family.
We’d like access to a big ski area as there are a couple of very good skiers in the group but also young children (not quite beginners, but 3rd time skiers).
We’re looking for friendly, easy accommodation in a good location for ski lifts.

Any recommendations gratefully received.

Heading here for the 3rd time on Saturday . Beautiful , family run hotel. Amazing food . Fab ski area and Zell am See is so pretty . Highly recommend .

Went to this one with some work colleagues. Great place. Ski in(ish)/ski out(ish). Bars great, food was good and family rooms that can fit 6.

We stayed here when we went to Passo Tonale and it was extremely friendly with amazing food and drinks. About 5-10 mins walk from the bottom of the ski area. I think we booked with Crystal Ski or similar: www.hoteladamello.com/en/winter/
