Any recommendations (or tips to avoid) Bulgarian resorts during Feb half term?
Snowboarders and skiers in the party
TIA

The key tip - avoid Bulgaria. It is cheap for a reason, but you risk wasting £600 instead of "saving" £600 on something comparable in Austria, Italy or France. Unless you're into cheap booze and long queues, look perhaps at Andorra instead for good skiing at a reasonable price.

I disagree with the previous poster. We've been twice and had a great time (both February half term).
Go to Borovets not Bansko (bansko is the queue issue).
Highly recommend Yanakiev hotel. There's a Facebook group for hints and tips. We also used Yanakiev ski hire and ski school and they were exceptional and a good price

@Baxdream I'm glad you said that. We've booked to go to Borovets in half term. We're first time skiers.

You'll have a great time. It's not Val d'sere but also not the same price!
Where are you staying?
Happy to give recommendations for restaurants just let me know

Bulgaria is no where as good as Italy or Austria but it is OK, although stay away from Pamporovo!
