HELP, ski operator is saying 12 year old still needs daily testing?!

Our tour operator (France) has told us today that our 12 year old, single vaccinated, child will still need to test daily to use lifts and attend ski school. This is a he opposite of what I thought and I can’t find anywhere else online that says this is the case, just that the pass sanitare has been dropped for them. I’m so confused and we travel on Saturday, gah!

He’s being tested to get to France as per rules but I thought that would be the end of testing!

Thank you, I’ll ask there.

Just come back from a week’s skiing in France with 12 yo twins, one single vaccinated and the other unvaccinated due to having had covid just before 12th birthday. Not once were we asked for covid tests. They did do them before travelling though (the antigen ones you have to buy).

DH and I weren’t asked for pass sanitaire at all either although we had it downloaded.

I was also skiing in France with friends just before they dropped the pass sanitaire and wasn’t even asked for it then.
