Panicking - nhs covid pass

Due to go skiing on Sunday. I have the nhs app but didn't realise that to get a covid pass thing for travel I had to upload more info. Just done it tonight and it says to verify it can take 7 days!! Has anyone done this recently - please say it came through quicker! Flying to Geneva for holiday in france

It only took a couple of hours for mine and my parents accounts to get verified.

Husband has the same problem but flying today! Was it the whole identity check thing? With the video and passport details? We've just done it and it says up to 24 hours. So annoyed with him for not doing it last week like I asked!
