Which company to book with

Any recommendations for ski companies to use ? am looking for a self catering ski holiday for 2 , preferably in Italy ( Dolomites ) but open to other self catering options.

When are you thinking of going skiing? Peak Retreats specialise in self catering ski holidays with some luxury options but they only offer France. For the dolomites you would probably be looking at a package through Inghams or Crystal but I imagine the accommodation on offer would be predominantly hotels or more basic self catering.
