Masks for kids in France

Does anyone know what masks are ok for under 11s in France. I've got surgical ones and supposedly compliant neck gaiters for the adults but I don't know what to get for the kids. Who hope to do ski school and will find the conventional masks tricky with gloves. I'm not sure if being exempt from tests means also exempt from masks.

Mask wearing for kids under 11 is generally not required at the moment in France, for example in the supermarket. The major exceptions where masks are required from 6 years old that I can recall is in school and at Disneyland Paris.

We were in the French Pyrenees at the weekend and my under 11 DC were not asked to put on masks for the telecabine up to the ski resort. However the weather was atrocious so their mouths were very loosely covered by a non-compliant neck gaiter.

If later in the season we go up to a resort in a large gondola I will make the DC wear a surgical mask in the gondola and as an adult wear an FFP2 mask if it's crowded. Once we're out of the crowd I'll take the masks off the DC and myself switch to the neck gaiter mask.
