Anyone been to Chatel ??

Hi, We're thinking of going to Chatel In march with dd1 who will be just over 4 and DD2 who will be about 20 months. We reckon tha the eldest would have a ball, but not sure about the youngest > Is there much to do aside from skiing ? There would be a nanny to look after her part of the time but we would like to get out and do things with her too. Is it easy to get to other places if you don't have a car ? Any advice gratefully appreciated - need to persuade other half that we should go ! Thank you !

We are going there end of Jan so can let you know more when we get back. We are staying in a catered chalet that has childcare. I have a contact there if you would like me to ask Q's

I went to Chatel many years ago, and it was an easy drive from Geneva and Evian(where I was staying). Very pretty, lots of trees, but not a high resort, so can suffer if there is a lack of snow. However snow so far this year has been good.
