We’ve just booked skiing for a week between Boxing Day and New Year at a little chalet located between lifts into Valmorel and the 3 Valleys. I’ve never been to either resort, so would love suggestions on which villages to visit with our kids on days when we don’t ski. There is lots of info online about Courchevel etc but very little I can find about Valmorel, except that Club Med is there and we might not get to ski there much if the snow isn’t good.
Has anyone been who can offer insight? Where would be the best place to take the children for ice skating or sledging on days we don’t ski? Recommendations for ski schools?
