Decathlon - ski stuff sizing?

Hello, could anyone help with sizing on Decathlon ski jackets and salopettes? Can’t find a size guide on their website although was looking on my phone so will check again. For a jacket I’d be a size 14 usually, so I’m thinking probably large? And same for the bottoms, does anyone have Decathlon stuff who could give me a hint on sizing generally please?

Also, helmets. We’ll be hiring skis and boots out there (Italy) - will we be able to hire helmets as well? I haven’t skied for a number of years and last time we went, helmets weren’t a thing at all, so I’m a bit clueless. And if not, where’s a good place to pick one up - cheap and cheerful....

Helmets are usually free with ski hire or a few extra euro. If you don't fancy someone else's helmet then decathlon is as good a place as any to pick up a well priced and reasonably decent one.

Can't help you about the sizing, as the one I have is smaller and I bought it straight in the shop years ago.
For the trousers, you can adjust the waist. If you don't have them already, buy the ski mask/goggles . They are cheap and perfect.

And yes, you can rent helmet everywhere in Italy.

We bought our helmets from Decathlon. Paid about £7 for the DCs in the sale and about £12-15 for ours. Also got DS2 a onesie ski suit, aged 8 and I'd say that it's true to size. We also got our goggles on Decathlon for a few quid each.

Decathlon ski wear tends to come up a bit small so as a fellow size 14 you'd be either an L or XL.
