Might sound daft but it's a 3 hour lesson every morning:
Will we get or need a drink? Snack?
Will they stop at toilets? (3 hours is a long time Blush)

Take a snack. You normally stop for a quick drink/loo stop. So take a bit of cash as well.

LIZS · 02/01/2020 08:43

How old? Usually there is time for a break, especially for beginners or young kids.

LeGrandBleu · 02/01/2020 08:47

Usually no stop scheduled unless you say you need the loo.

If you need a drink or a snack, put it in your backpack, and while queuing for the ski lift or during the ski lift ride, you can drink or eat if you really need to. Careful not to drop stuff while opening your bag.

There is no break usually. You pay for 3 hours, you ski for 3 hours (rightly so)

Ime (Switzerland) for kids there was a mid way break with drink and snack and chance to go to the loo. That was younger kids doing 9-12. Older ones did til 1.30 I think and brought packed lunch

They don't normally stop at toilets unless you ask. There's usually an opportunity when you get on a chairlift and they'll be happy to wait. I struggled lasting for 3 hours just after my kids were born so understand your worry!

I wouldn't normally need to have a snack or drink during a lesson, but you could take something to eat while you're on a lift. Kids lessons sometimes stop for a snack depending on what country you are in.

Yes 3 hours is a long time for me with no toilet Blush
Do people tend to take some sort of rucksack?

OP posts:
Sharkyfan · 02/01/2020 17:16

Yes people often have a backpack with water bottle etc

bigwoollymammoth · 02/01/2020 18:05

When I went you got asked if you need the loo at the beginning and no one went in the middle of class but I took a rucksack with water. You could have gone to the loo if you really needed to in my class but would have been a bit of effort to go back up to loos by yourself so I suppose maybe depends on where you're learning
