Transfers - high resorts

Morning, we had a fabulous ski holiday at Club Med in La Plagne this year. Unfortunately we cannot afford it be an annual indulgence so are looking to plan it ourselves next year.
We also like to go to a high resort for guaranteed snow.
What kind of cost should we be looking at from Geneva to somewhere like Tignes/La Plagne?

Lots of options look at bensbus from 40 per person etc .
Altibus alpybus mountainride etc
Private taxi more than shared bus or minibus

Use someone like findtransfers and get some quotes from different companies. We had quotes ranging from E400 to E900 for a geneva - 3 vallees transfer whereas shared transfers were E60 a head so worked out way cheaper. Tignes was about E600 return last year but in retrospect think we may have got it a little cheaper(both journeys for 6 people)
