Last minute ski trip 5th April

Any suggestions on somewhere suitable for 4 of us, inc a teenager who wants lively and black runs and a complete beginner?
Only planning 4 nights so somewhere with easy transfers and still enough snow.
I’ve looked at package deals online but having never organised a ski trip before am overwhelmed with where to choose!

Sorry I should also say, as x3 adults we are considering flying or driving....

Finding accommodation is normally the problem for short trips and also with the Thursday arrival as we've found.

Could try chaletsdirect forums. In terms of resorts the weather looks like it's warming after some more snow this week so may be safer to head high but that increases the journey. For a shorter journey Avoriaz maybe or head into Austria or snowheads has some suggestions usually i.e.
