Courchevel 1650 - chalets de la mouria

Anyone been? Are they any good?
Complete newbies looking at either Xmas or next Feb half term

Low resortfor Xmas, wouldn’t do it myself.

Be careful about Courchevel; 1650 is on the other side of the valley from 1850 and 1550 so a bit of a logistical headache. Unless you are happy to do everything in 1650, which is much more limited.....

If you can’t ski that roc Mugnier which is quite an icy linking red it is quite a schlep over to Courch 1850 on greens/blues. I don’t think it’s the biggest resort if you are staying close by but really depends how much you progress in a week whether that will matter or not. I think 1850 is better as there is much more variety for beginners and also it’s higher so better for Xmas.
