Skiing at half for 8 year old with ASD

DH and I haven’t skied in about 15 years and our kids haven’t skied. We have 3 teens who would be happy in a standard ski school or with private lessons. Our 8 year old DS has ASD and dyspraxia.
Has anyone any advice as to what resort might suit us and how we should arrange lessons for DS. Are there any ski instructors/ski schools anywhere who deal with kids with special needs.

Avoid ESF at all costs and stick to British ski schools. I've used New Gen which were good but at 4.15 hours, the lessons may be too long - they were very patient with my kids though.
I'd email a few schools with your details and those of your child and see what responses you get, that may tell you a lot about their attitude and ability to help your ds.
FWIW, both of my kids verge on dyspraxia (both were tested but negative), have poor balance and some hyper mobility and neither are very sporty.
They both love skiing though. My ds at 9 took a while to crack it but he's resilient.

Also, you may want to look into some lessons here at a dry slope or snowdrome with Disability Ski UK. Check their website
