Question about L’Outa nursery Morzine

Wondering if anyone can help. Big family ski holiday booked next year. Several babies and toddlers in the group. Quotes for in-chalet nannies and for L’Outa. L’Outa actually reasonably priced for 6 full days, and from searching past threads gets decent reviews. Question is, if you book a full week, can you then not use some half days or full days? Website seems to suggest that if you don’t turn up, they may cancel the rest of your booked care. Obviously not expecting a refund- happy to pay for the week but would be ideal to be able to decide at last minute whether to do a full day/half day or not use depending on what the rest of group has planned that day. Just wondered if any of you had personal experienced of how flexible they are? Thanks

I used to leave my son at L’Outa when he was a baby (3-5 years ago). I’d book full days and just picked him up whenever I got back, sometimes after lunch. So I doubt it would be a problem but why don’t you email them to confirm.
I would email not phone (unless you speak French) as I think only 1 member of staff speaks English.
It’s a really lovely nursery.

I live in Les Gets and whilst I have never used the place myself but I've never heard anything bad about them. You can send an email to confirm the flexibility, they'll reply but maybe not really quickly at the moment. If you get stuck let me know and I can try and call them for you to confirm.

We payed for full days but did half days some of the days when we had kids there a few years ago. Highly recommend L’Outa.
