Sugarbush Resort In New England

We are looking to go skiing in either US or Canada next Christmas, well leaving on Boxing Day 26th and staying for 9-10 nights. We have two DS 10 & 7 who have done one ski holiday in Lapland this winter and loved it.

I really like the sounds of the Sugarbush Resort in New England but they won't open their winter 2018-19 bookings until end of August. I'd like to get something in place now so will struggle to wait until August.

How early you tend to book your US/Canadian ski holidays? Booking in late August seems awfully last minute to me .

Another option we thought of is Tremblant in Canada. As it's ski in ski out too. Booking is open now for next Christmas but was wondering would it be better to wait and book later if that's the done thing?

I'm a big fan of Whistler... think you can see that from some of my other posts! It is such a great resort in every way.

We booked in April last year for this April, I think they thought I was a bit ahead of the game. We booked as soon as flights came out.
