When to arrive at the airport

We're off skiing on Saturday next week, flying from Stansted. I've never been with DS.
It's a 9.20am flight. With DH, MIL, 4yo DS and I, would 6.30 be ok to arrive? We'll have 3 suitcases (I think), 2 ski bags and hand luggage. Getting a taxi, so parking time is minimal.

That's way earlier than I'd be but I've not been to Stansted recently. I'd probably aim for 7 so 630 will give you loads of time to get checked in, through security with time for coffee and breakfast.
