Transfers from Munich Airport?

Looking at flying into Munich airport for a ski holiday in Tyrol Austria - most likely Kitzbuehel. Does anyone have any recommendations of bus/taxi transfer companies which aren't very expensive?

The train involves 3 line changes which isn't ideal and one private shuttle company is quoting €250 😱

Thanks in advance

We just booked transfers to Kitzbuhel through Austriatransfers.at which was way cheaper than all the other quotes we had. But private transfers are always expensive for a small party- there are 6 of us, so it's cost effective on a pp basis.
Is your 250 each way or return? And for how many? We've paid about 280 return for the same length journey.

Assuming that the first leg of the train journey is to the centre of Munich? Can you perhaps taxi/uber from the airport to the main train station and possibly the same at the other end? Or maybe taxi one journey and train the other? One year we skied in Austria and taxied straight from the airport to the resort (c1 hr) but then trained back to Salzburg and spent a day there before flying home.

Transfers (unless you are going to the big resorts in France which are well served by cheap ski buses) are always an expensive part of a ski trip if you arrange it yourself.

If you haven't booked yet, it's worth looking at something like skiline, who have great deals on packages. We've used them a few times, and once got an Inghams holiday for less than Inghams could do it for!
