Best Ski hotels for Vegetarians

Still looking for a Feb HT family destination (France / Austria) - anyone had a good hotel dining experience as a vege? TIA

We've been with a veggie the last 6 years and it's never been an issue. The British operators regard it as normal and cater well.

in my experience, almost everywhere caters well for vegetarians
