Is this a good deal?

£3100 for family of 3 over Christmas in Esprit Chalet hotel in Belle Plagne? Includes morning ski school, 3 lift passes and evening childcare during adult dinner.

It seems hugely expensive and is over what I budgeted but we usually go DIY or get a last minute package during term time so maybe my budget was unrealistic? It's got everything we wanted for the holiday, apart from the price.

Also, if anyone has been here over Christmas, what was it like?

I think it's a really good price! Belle plagne is lovely too - we were there earlier this year. Very quiet and very little going on but only a 10-15 walk to plagne centre which is much livlier if you want that.

I didn't know you could walk to La Plagne, even better.
