Hi all,
We're booked to have a week in DH's mum's chalet in Viehhofen for a week in mid-December this year. We'll have our three children4 year old twins and a 2 year oldwith us, and we mostly were planning to use the time to get in the holiday spirit visiting some Austrian Christmas markets and such, but it would be good to have a few days of skiing or even just sledging with the children.
Is anyone familiar with the area and able to make childcare/ski school recommendations that would enable DH and I could get a day or two on the slopes? Also if there's a place where we could just rent some sledges and take the kids for a day of family snow play, that would be very welcome. We have a car and are happy to travel an hour or two out of our way to find somewhere that would be suitable.
Suggestions? Tips? Other things we should do whilst we're there?
