Packing towels

Sounds daft, but I've never had to think of it before. We're self catering and taking own bedding (covers) and towels. We'll want to swim whilst there, so what should I pack?! I'm clueless! Summer is a doddle cos everything dries so well. Not sure here though.

There's 4 of us.

Get some Hamam towels. The White Company used to sell them; not sure if they still do. They are cotton but super lightweight and easy to pack

decathlon do these in various sizes:

I have a load, my kids swim a lot and a) no bulky towels in the kit bag so they can fit 2 or 3 in for galas, and b) they wash and dry very quickly.

I alsways take a couple on holiday as they don't take up any room..

Thankfully, I have both types (Hamams and the camping type). I May pop in some regulars too that I can dump there.

Going through my airing cupboards as we speak looking for old covers and sheets that I can take and dump there. So much to pack! I'm glad ai bought 4x20kg bag spaces now Blush
