I bought these a few years ago. Invaluable!

For adults or kids? If it's for kids then you can get mitten string from JoJo Maman Bebe

For adults, the last couple of times I've bought new ski gloves they have had elastic that goes round the wrist already 'built in'.

thanks, I will have a look. Goes off to check my own gloves.

I just sew them on to elastic, like children!

We got something similar to massistar from GoOutdoors a few years ago and we still use them (DC 10 and 7).
I can't find them on their website now though I'm afraid.
