What is going rate in a chalet for chef/housekeeper. Small chalet. 2 adults. 3 children. On phone. Short message :) any advice greatly received. Bfast and evening meal

No idea on that size chalet. I think we did about £10-20 per adult in a 15 adult chalet so they got £150-200 between two staff.
