Group ski holiday for DS (14)?

DS would love to go skiing in Feb half term. DH and I can't go because of work. Does anyone know a company that offers organised group ski holidays for teens? Don't know if he'd be prepared to go on his own but would like to offer.

UCPA are with looking at www.action-outdoors.co.uk is the UK agent. Really helpful if you ring up and excellent value, think Youth Hostel on snow.
