Hi All, I am looking far ahead and wondering if anyone has been to Morzine skiing as late as end of March? We are hoping to book for Easter next Year which is last week of March/1 week April 2016. Is the snow ok at this time? Easter seems so much cheaper than Feb 1/2 term so hoping it will be ok. TIA x

Morzine itself is pretty low, so it's a bit of a risk late season but it is HUGE so you have plenty of opportunity to roam and find the snow; they do cannon a fair amount too. If you are beginner/intermediates its probably fine but advanced skiers may find the off piste/top runs poor by then (especially if it's like this year, there is a very poor base layer at the moment)

As Patricia says Morzine is a pretty low resort. You might be better going somewhere a bit higher and more snow-sure at that time of year.

We went to Morzine a few years ago first wk in April. A bit alarming to arrive while it was raining! However it did snow during the week. The blues down to the resort were just about skiable mid week when it snowed. It was the DC first experience of ski lessons and they enjoyed it, but there is a real crush of ski groups going up the cabin at 9am.
We booked last minute - would recommend that so you have a better idea of what the snow will be like,
