Club Med Skiing

We're going to Club Med la Plagne for Christmas. Just wondering anyone has been on a Club Med ski holiday, and how 'dressy' we and the DCs need to be in the evenings?

We went to Peissey last year - you don't have to be that dressy, just a little bit smarter than jeans and a tshirt. Have fun! We had a great time (though would not do Easter skiing again as I hate heat). Hope it snows loads...
