I live in Sweden and want to start going out cross country skiing (or at least trying to learn) with OH.
Where do I start with buying skis - what length, width - is that related to my height and weight? Do you need particular ski poles - or just some the right length?
There are lots a secondhand around, is there anything special I should look out for damage wise?
(oh has skied all his life yet knows nothing about the kit.)
