Looking for small friendly family run hotel south of Reims

Hi, we are going skiing next Feb half term and looking for somewhere to stay overnight, somewhere south of Reims. Ideally not a chain, we'd like a small friendly family run hotel, that is close to the main motorway.

We have 3 families, so 3 triple rooms if possible.
Can anyone suggest some options ? We've stayed in Campaniles before but would like something a little more personal.

Never stayed here but have seen it recommended on Mumsnet before. It's right next to the motorway just south of Troyes (which is about 45 mins south of Reims).
