Hi Santiago,

We went to the Kinderhotel Post in Unken Austria in February this year - absolutely loved it. 2 good slopes with free buses to each (Almenwelt Lofer and Heutal, i think were the names of the slopes). My husband is an advanced skiier and liked both slopes, I am a beginner and stuck to Heutal only because they had a fantastic ski instructor there.

We could not fault the hotel, staff or childcare. Our then 4 year old skipped into kids club everyday happily and it was a fight to get her to come with us for lunch/dinner. They offered (at a small extra cost) kids ski lessons and swimming lessons. But also had a wide range of activities for the kids including pony trekking etc.

Food was lovely and there was plenty of choice for both adults and kids alike. Hot/soft Drinks and snacks available all day. Babies also catered for, and you could get packed lunches on request. Meal vouchers were available for the resturants on the slopes for lunch.

We flew from Edinburgh to Salzburg and the hotel organised transport to the hotel (approx 30 minutes away) and back. They would also organise a hire car for you if you wanted to investigate further. I cant remember what airline we flew with, but I can ask my OH

We were looking to go back February 2014 but I am pregnant and new baby would only be about 3 weeks old (just a little too young to fly); but we are planning on using one of the other Kinderhotels in Italy in the Summer and are planning a ski holiday in Unken for 2015. My husbands tripadvisor review link is below.
